Is there any way I can get a good firewall, so I can go on MySpace and eBay. Please send your advice.

Well, check your proxy settings in Internet Explorer.
Tools> Internet Options> Connections> Lan Setttings> Clear the Automatically detect settings, and delete the proxy server address.

It would be easy, if not all there.
But,
Moreover, if the URL filtering is enabled at the firewall to work is a change in the level of the firewall.
