Homemade Thai Bag Thai Dish With Chicken Hearts?

Thai dish with chicken hearts? - homemade thai bag

I had to find a Thai dish with chicken hearts and mint, a few years ago and have not been able to be a recipe for them. This was not a home-cooked meals - in a restaurant. Can anyone expect information and a recipe for them. Thank you.

Thai Chicken heart

Ingredients:

10.12 chicken heart,
2 shallots, roughly chopped
3 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
1 cm piece of galangal (or ginger), peeled and chopped
4.5 Thai red chillies, finely chopped
Kaffir lime leaves 1.2
1 stalk lemongrass, tender part, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp Thai fish sauce (nam pla)
1 cup coconut milk
Pinch of palm sugar (to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
freshly chopped mint (or cilantro)

Rinse well and let drain for the hearts, cut, cut the heart into pieces. Provided until used.

In a blender, puree the shallots and garlic, Thai chili, lime juice, palm sugar and nam pla.

Add In a large wok over medium heat 2 tablespoons oil and fry, you can galangal, kaffir lime and lemongrass. Add the pureed mixture of shallots and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add spice up the hearts, salt and pepper. Simmer 1-2 minutes, the mixture evenly and add milk, coconut, and manyLet simmer for 4-5 minutes. Garnish with mint and serve with jasmine rice.
