Basic Chicken Broth - The same goes for the beef


INGREDIENTS
1 pound chicken pieces
1 large onion
3 sticks celery, including leaves

NOTES

Chicken soup with vegetables:

Ingredients:
1 (3 pound) chicken
4 carrots, halved
4 stalks celery, halved
1 large onion, halved
cover with water
Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:
